You will learn to give a basic Polarity Therapy session. You will also experience the benefits of receiving several Polarity Therapy treatments. You will learn and practise a personal energy building form of Qi Gong and learn a meditation technique to develop your own energy awareness. You will enjoy three days of practising and learning Polarity Yoga. You will feel energised and refreshed! This course provides 24 hours of practical and theoretical professional training.
