Polarity therapy can be used by massage therapists, energy practitioners or anyone interested in applying polarity principles to friends or family to increase vitality and to promote healthy wellness. COURSE OUTLINE AIMS: To develop an understanding of Health & Healing through the 5 Element System based on Ayurvedic Medicine and to introduce hands-on techniques for Students of Energetic Healing to enhance the results of their current therapies. OUTCOMES: At the conclusion of the 8 week course, Students should: * have an understanding of Dr Randolf Stone’s polarity therapy. * be proficient in the General Treatment which affects Body Mind & Spirit by balancing and re-establishing the flow of energy through the electromagnetic field which surrounds all living things, plants, animals and human beings. * be able to relieve symptoms of pain & discomfort on clients, family & friends and on self. * have a greater understanding of self as an energy being based on ayurvedic principles. Participants have the opportunity to gain experience and develop confidence by giving and receiving treatments throughout the day. Polarity Therapy Level 1 Certificate is attained upon completion of Introduction to Polarity Therapy (20 hours) and three 1 Day Intensives (24 hours).
